Custom design furniture

So I was wondering, if I make Cyrus make a bed with a custom design, so that the leaf will turn yellow in my inventory, will I be able to give it to my villagers?

Actually the leaf turns red, not yellow ^^; and yes, you can give them to your villagers.

If you make it with a custom design I don't THINK you can give it to villagers. If you use an already existing piece of fabric in the game, then you can, because it turns it red.

I only mean yellow, I know I can give the ones that turn red, but I never tried to give them a yellow leaf
