Cushions! [Please Answer]

Are they separate items? Are they Reorderable/Will anyone let me catalog them?

This is what I'm talking about:

Basically,you take your cushion to retail and have Cyrus put a pattern on it for you. I have one in my catalog, I can reorder it and give you one later today or tomorrow if you want. I live in the US so it might be hard to be on at the same time as you, but I check the Bell Tree often so send me a message if you want one.
