A small question, why do we have to pay to lurk for more than 3 villagers?

When you lurk for a bunch of villagers you it's kinda like going up to a free sample stand and take all the free samples! (Living in NYC Ive actually seen people do that!) Its unfair and ruins others peoples chances so if you're going to lurk for a bunch of villagers it would be nice if you could give a little back!

yes, but you just ask to be notified when a villager is in boxes.
it's way most cycling threads charge for reservations and make lurking free, but that's just IMO.
