Crown?

I'm really REALLY new to ACNL, and saw someone wearing a crown? Is that a special item? How can I get that? Thanks!

Hi, the crown is an accessory that's sold in the Able Sisters, in Labelle's side of the store.

Their are two different crowns and they are both really expensive.
