Criticism about this?

So I'm finally trying to do digital art again ;; I tried photoshop this time instead of SAI

What can I improve? (Other than how uneven the lines are and the shading + highlighting)

Also, I really don't know how to shade. Don't know where to put it, etc.
If anybody is willing to teach me or can hep by giving me links to tutorials or videos, that would be so much help! <3

I am back with a new example! I tried doing a bust this time instead of a head shot uwu I tried to do the shading a bit better!

Again, pricing and tips? I feel like a bust would be more expensive than a headshot. I also have plans to have different fees for flat colors and shading because ohmygod shading is a pain in the ass. PLEASE help!

The lines are very smooth, which is really good, I like how you choose a diffrent colour than just black. I made some little diffrence here what could be shaded and stuff. You dont NEED to follow this but this is how I moslty colour mines.

Darker shadows in the skin, right now it dose look alittle flat, but no problem. You can add more shadows like this...Nose tip lips and neck. And with shades, you add a tiny small shaded on the cheeks and lips. I hope this maybe gives you some insperation. You dont need to follow this but just showing what I would do c:

For awesome YouTube tutorials, look up Sycra! He has great colour and lighting tutorials, so go check him out, it'll definitely help!

For shading, you need to pick a light source, so like top left, Botton right, and shade accordingly. Just look at some of you favourite art and really notice how they did their shading, how the light source affects where the darker colours go. Don't be afraid to take some colour swatches of good art to see what colour they pick for shading as well!

Other than that, the drawing is really cute! The lines do need some work, but that comes with practise, lots and lots of practise haha! The base colour you picked are great too, so you're off to a great start with this!
