I agree with this, only the earlier RE's though. The newer ones don't really have creepy music, I'd also say the Silent Hill music is quite creepy.

Outside of a the horror game genre, it is probably the song Bacon Boy put up. LOL, and the undeads from Zelda used to scare the living crap out of me when I was 6-7, I had to get my brother to play som of OoT for me. LOL
