Create town ordinances

Plot chit-chat
Villagers will come to you for advice on where to plot their house before moving in.

That's actually a sensible way to be able to determine where villager's move in, and keeps in well with the style of Animal Crossing.

Anti-NPC GibberJabber
NPC's will no longer greet you over and over when you walk in and out of stores or want to complete an action, such as donating fossils, buying clothes, or loading up your game

I seriously can't stand it anymore lol

Early Beautiful Ordinance or Late Beautiful Ordinance:
These would be combinations of the early bird and beautiful ordinances, or the night owl and beautiful ordinances respectively.

I'm not so much trying to be greedy as saying that these would have been nice unlockable bonuses at some point in the game; some people want both tons of flowers and to accommodate their schedules.

Just my 2 cents.

Welcome to Camp
It is now 50% more likely to have a camper in your campsite for as long as the ordinance is active.

Two Instead of One
Ability to pay more ((30k instead of 20k)) to in act two ordinances at once.
However, there is a cancellation fee of 10k for full cancellation and 5k for one to be canceled... ((have to even this out somehow =3))

Yard Sale Saturday
Must be active for at least a week before it activates.
Allows you to go into any of your villager homes ((if they are in their homes)) on any Saturday to buy items out of their house.

Cursed town
Every day, you have bad luck. You have a higher probability of finding bees in trees. You have a higher probability of losing perfect fruit trees when you shake them. Plants wilt very often. Axes break more easily. There are more pitfalls than treasures. Villagers get fleas often. Tarantchulas, scorpions and mosquitoes appear often.
