Cranky villagers never suggest any pwp?

I've had quite a few that I've had in my previous towns and my current one. I tried to become good friends with them to have a better chance at them suggesting pwp. But they literally never do it. I've never obtained any from them.

Is it just me who has a hard time with the crankies? >_>

They do but perhaps because of their very nature they are just harder but every personality type has a set of pwps they suggest. Some are just easier then others.

It's completely random who pings you about PWPs and who doesn't. It also depends on your relationship with them, I think. I've never had issues with crankies. Usually jocks give me a hard time suggesting anything.

I agree with you. My cranky villagers are so stingy when it comes to PWP, and there's two of em. I think i've only had two suggestions from them so far, one the zen bench and the other something else however I can't remember what it was. I'd probably get more if I forced them to suggest, but I know they've certainly been the hardest to get suggestions from. My lazy suggestions came quite easily to me and I never had to force them to suggest PWP, they usually just did it within the first few minutes of gameplay. I think the uchis are up there with the crankies in terms of PWP suggestions.

That's not true. Yes, it's random which PWP is given to you, but certain personalities only suggest certain things.

I only remembered because I wanted all the Zen PWP, and had to bother Ricky like crazy.

i've had two cranky villagers in my town since my first week of play and i've only gotten 1 PWP so i feel your pain haha. it's just a waiting game really

My old cranky Kabuki wouldn't stop so I got rid of him because I didn't want any Japanese themed stuff. My snooties- half my town is snooties and I only have 1 pwp from them so far ugh! And I want more!

Fang took all his time suggesting anything. That's why I'm the end I just ended up isolating villagers by the beach with holes around them. Still took 2 hours for Fang to ping about a pwp but after that I managed to get one every day from him until I had them all. Maybe it's just a cranky thing and theylike to be difficult. I like to think it's because Fang sees himself as shadow mayor and so doesn't see the need to consult me about everything all the time

I'm having this exact problem right now - even when I try and force my cranky villager to ping me (through the diving trick), cos I really want him to request the wooden bridge, every ping is something other than a PWP it's driving me up the wall D:

And all the other PWPs I want are ones from uchi villagers, which I just saw someone said are up there with crankies for difficulty of getting them to suggest it. GAAAHHH T_T

I remember when I really wanted something, I would start up my game and go to the specific villager. If they didn't ping, I'd save and try again.
