Well I guess it is hard to get sarcasm when you don't hear the person say it, and just see it typed up....

I actually did realise it was sarcasm. I put the ':3' at the end of my sentence to show that I was joking around or being sarcastic.

The crankies aren't too rude to be frank, Chief has always been a sweety so far, which is surprising.
I had him in Wild World and he was a little more... well, cranky. Lol!
The jocks tend to get on my nerve sometimes, with all their sports and exercise talk (although I do love my Genji).
So I would pick cranky if I were you. Their dialogs are more interesting.

It's horrible how Nintendo watered down the cranky's dialouge. They don't seem cranky anymore.

Yeah. I don't think I've had any crankies since Wild World that I can remember.. Except Hamphrey. I did like him quite a bit.

I think part of the fun of the Crankies is that as you befriend them they show you their fluffy center, lol. Some of the best "I really like you" notes have come from my awesome cranky, Octavian? WHO IS AWESOME.

I like Jocks a lot but I think it depends on the jock. Kid Cat I found really uplifting and fun. Rory's pretty cute? but I kinda miss Kid Cat. Somehow his little body and his peppy eyes made his jock sayings cuter.

I like Crankies more, they imo are the most realistic type in the game. They are not a stereotype like a lot of the others are. Also in my experience they never are really "cranky" they just are an older and wiser type that knows whats up.

Jocks are pretty bland, all sports and nothing else. That said Tank will never, ever be allowed to leave my town. Love the guy.
