Yes, he's still with Lisa! All broken, falling apart and in the sequel he gets dropped off a cliff and I To the sea and on the beach Lisa I playing and finds a part of Stitches, his cheek with the message on, falling apart and then her Mum flies in as a devil and says I knew this would happen! I planned it and I've always wanted to do this! Then she kills Lisa and Stitches' s cheek is buried in the sand forever, trapped, trying warn innocent girls that there are devil's and demons trying to kill them, but his messages don't come through and then........ wait, that's not a happy ending, is it?
