My town is a work in progress, an I really would like some advice from other people to see what I should do. My dream address is 4300-3390-5718, so please check it out!! Thanks so much for your help!

Well, to be honest, I'm kinda trying to assemble my paths and greenery, so I haven't decided yet.

Paths - There is no paths at the plaza, which is a bit confusing. But I guess you are working on that? The paths with the water/river and the bamboo seems a bit confusing. Are you going for are more zen-themed town? Also your paths(the beige one) are too wide. I like the paths being double, not triple :) You could perhaps visit my town for inspiration?
Trees - The trees in front of the train station seems a bit massive. You could make a path that goes through the trees? Then it could be a forest!
Flowers - You could arrange the flowers in color or species? Try to grow some hybrids?
PWP's - I like the area around the fountain and the bench! It's really cute :) It could be a zen/park themed area of your town? Anyways, you can work on that!

In general - Your town needs a lot of work, but it has got great potential! If I were you, I would find one type of path and lay it down all around town. Make a system, line up where you want the paths to be and see how much space you've got left afterwards. I would make the paths go around from every building, over every bridge and all around town so you can follow it around :)
Then you can see what empty spaces you have left and what you have to work with.
I don't know how many of your villagers you are going to keep, but you will have to work around some of their houses (Blaire, Pate, Phil) it's not impossible, but you'll have to keep it in mind :)
Get an axe(preferably a silver or gold) and grab a shovel and make your way through out your town :) It does make it a lot easier to work with, when you have the paths put down!

If you want, I can visit your town again when you have put down a path :)

That would be great! Thank for the advice. Is there any paths that you recommend? Like the QR code?

I'm mostly to the cute/pink/fairytale-themed paths, but I would google it if I were you :)

"QR code paths new leaf" - a lot shows up!
