I’d say yes...two spaces in front of the dor are empty and one space around the rest of the house.
I'd say yes as well, although that shorter edge of the cliff on the right side of the house might be an issue. I'm not entirely sure.
Perhaps best to have a second plot option ready and do some plotting to see what happens with the move-in?
It's too close to the cliff. Your villager's house needs two spaces away from the edge (from where the door is). Even if you move ur villager back a bit, it will be too close to the house behind
edit others think it will work so now I'm doubting myself hah. Do you have the police station built? if not, check if it fits there. It acts the same way as a villager house!
I'll have to check where I plotted Hans when I get home later tonight. I had to push the plot back one space further than I thought because of the way the cliff curved. I'll log in later tonight and let you know, but I think it's going to be too close to the cliff.
So I took a picture outside Hans' house and there are 3 spaces between his door and the cliff. I tried to have the plot one space closer to the cliff, but no villager would plot there. As soon as I moved it back to allow 3 spaces instead of 2, Hans plotted their immediately. Based on this, unfortunately, I don't think your current plot will work either.

It seems like it's too close to the cliff unfortunately. There's only once space there, I think it needs to be at least two. In the least I'd be surprised if It worked. It would be great if you could though, maybe when you have a chance try some plot resetting and if it doesn't work then you can change the date back to the previous day and open up a new villager spot.
