How do I fix a corrupted cookie as it won't let me log into ACC?
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium, 32 bit, I believe with Internet Explorer 8.

Problems found.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Nothing like that. (I do suggest upgrading, Vista is a TERRIBLE Operating system)
Also Internet Explorer is a TERRIBLE browser (sorry to say), I use Firefox as it runs hell of alot better and its more website friendly. But Chrome is SUPPOSEDLY good. Firefox just allows more customisation, along with toolbars and it doesn't look like it was lifted from a Mac.

Anyway, putting bashing your Operating System aside.
I suggest doing the following:
Go into your browser > Tools > Internet Options > Delete Browsing History
It will give options such as 'delete cookies' and what not. Select and delete all.
Note : This will get rid of stored passwords and any websites you have typed in. Favorites will not be affected.

IF you're still having problems try this:
Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup > run on C:/
Select everything there and clean up. It usually sorts out ALOT of problems like this.

IF you're still having problems it's likely to be a website problem and I advise contacting the admin there.

The message is exactly this:
"Uh oh -- ACC is unable to save cookies to your computer.
You may have a corrupt cookie, or you may have your browser set to now allow cookies. See the Troubleshooting Guide for more info and steps to fix this problem."

Look at their trouble shooting tips then.
But seriously. Try using Firefox.

It won't let me look at their tips as it won't let me log in.

Have you deleted your cookies like he recommended? Have you downloaded Firefox (or Google Chrome or Safari or Opera) like he recommended?

Oh, and I haven't used IE for a long time, so I don't know if there is any way to access a list of your cookies instead of deleting them all. If you were using a browser not made by crack fiends then I could tell you how to delete just ACC's cookies.

I've just checked ACC again tonight and I'm back. :)
The fault might have been on ACC's side as I didn't touch any settings whatsoever.
