I read a bit of the book a long time ago, and I remember it being really creepy, and dark...

This movie looks too light/happy...it's not...demented enough.

EDIT: Actually, that looked like it could be dark at some parts...I might see it. Only because it's got NBC's director.

I'm not sure if I want to see the movie though. It looks like it will be TO much like The Nightmare Before Christmas.

Well if you see at the beginning of the movie it is like for kids but it will be transformed into a scary movie for kids.
