Cool stuff found in recycling bin in resident services?

Omg I had no idea that this was a thing. That's so neat! I haven't noticed much in terms of cool things being in my recycling bin but then again, nobody has moved in FOREVER so. Maybe soon lol.

i think the best item i ended up finding in my recycling was a high end stereo and even that wasn't much lol. there hasn't been many move outs other than my original starters/forced villagers so the recycling bin hasn't been too poppin'.
sometimes i would find resources in there so that's nice too~ otherwise, it's mostly actual garbage

I got a rose bed the black one. Saves me from having to craft it if I ever felt the need to.

Whenever a villager leaves I find one item from their house (not sure, but seems to be a higher priced item, which if they had a starter house is not very pricey) and one article of clothing. So far this has been true of every villager who has left my island (4 so far). Except possibly Octavian, I forgot about him. He asked to move after like 2 days out of boxes (and I am holding a grudge! ). So maybe it is friendship related. Lionel left his jacuzzi, which was pretty awesome.

Piper moved out yesterday and left me a shirt I gifted her, and cherry speakers I GIFTED HER. So rude. Regarding cool stuff I have found some moldy dresses and ripped pants, and lately I've been getting a lot of flower seeds.

it's fun checking the bin every now and then, and I'm personally a fan of the baggy shirts :>
it's also nice to find some materials in there but I don't think I've ever found something super expensive or rare

I have not found anything remarkable in my recycling bin ;__; haha. I guess the most valuable thing for me now is the cedar sapling or other tree sapling since I cut down a lot of my trees! But I haven't found anything else really... when my villagers move away, they leave their old clothing behind >.<'' I feel like to me, clothing is the most useless item

i found an infused water dispenser in there!!! I was so excited at the time i found it because i didnt have the DIY lol

I got a virgo harp from Julian and the starry sky wall from Ruby. I've also had some not so amazing things from villagers such as Erik returning his tennis sweater. It took me a while to figure out that villagers leave something behind when they move.

I think I had a gold nugget in there? I'm not sure, I think it was that. I remember feeling almost guilty about claiming it though.

Also, I once gifted Phil new clothes, which he displayed in his house instead of wearing them just to taunt me (I'm sure of it.) And then he left them behind when he finally moved out...

I found a celeste item after Julian moved out but that's about it I think

I found a dreamy sweater in the bin pretty early on even before Able sisters opened a store I think.

The coolest thing a villager left when they moved out was that Roald left behind an ice table, which was cool. Also got a couple of Antique beds from a few villagers.

Also, I keep finding a lot of tree saplings recently in the bin.

Probably the blue Nook Miles outdoor toilet that is in Scoot's house. I can only order the green one with my Nook Miles, so feels sort of rare to have it!

I personally get cooler stuff from shaking trees. I cant recall a time where i got something usefull in my bin.
