I am holding an auction for Cookie the peppy dog. She moved in from my campsite in my cycle town. Here's her auction evaluation.
Starting bid: 1 mil
Minimum increase: 1 mil
Buyout: 6 mil
1.If you go running off without my consent, I will end the session, you will not be allowed back in my town and I will give you a bad wifi rating.
2. To make things easier, you may come to my retail and buy one of my items to pay that way. It's easier and it prevents scamming, as it's happened to me twice already. (if you have questions about this feel free to ask)
2.Do not pester me about a villager pinging. My promise to you is that I will notify you IMMEDIATELY after a villager pings. If you keep bothering me about it, I will reconsider giving you the villager.
3.If you want some fruit, just ask. Do not go picking fruit off my trees; I will happily prepare a basket for you if you ask me in advance.
4.Unless you are a friend or you have made a request in a special situation, I will not reduce the prices or starting bids for these villagers. PM me if you want to discuss anything via pricing, and I may be able to accommodate. Do not request a price change in the comments.
