First off, the whole set is 13 items, included the floor and walls. You can't just say, I'll do it for 40k. Each item should be about 5k each. Second, nobody will sell you the whole set completely. This game had just taken off. I don't even have the whole set. I'm one item away. Just ask for a few items one at a time.
