Selling Complete Gracie set for 200TBT! Only one left!

Hello! I am selling the complete Gracie set for 200TBT. This includes the bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk, low table, bench, 2 chairs, lamp, chest, wall clock, wagon, wallpaper, and carpet. As an extra, I am also including the Gracie hat and shirt.

This is a great deal because 1 TBT = 12,400 bells! The entire series costs around 2,480,000, and I've i cluded an extra chair, the hat, and the shirt for no extra charge.

I only have one set at the moment, so the first person to comment will be the person who gets it! I will be sure to do this again if I get more!

I would also like you to specify whether you want a delivery or a pick-up. I personally prefer a delivery.

Where do I find the value of a TBT? It seemed ridiculous, the price I set. I figured no one would buy it, anyway. I don't know what I was thinking.

So if it is 2,480,000, would that be about 15 TBT? And if that's the case, why do some people sell villagers for 4 mil while others sell them for like 150TBT? That's like 30 million bells!!!!!!!!

That doesn't seem right, though. I don't think that any villager would be worth more than about 10 million.

I do agree the prices are super confusing since there's no guide and everyone just sets up their own prices. Some days people can sell for a lot and other times, you can't get a soul so don't feel bad. I notice most Gracie sets go around 15-40 TBT. Some can go a little higher/lower. Maybe an auction could work for you?

As for villagers, you rarely see them sold for more than 100 TBT. 150 TBT is rare nowadays. Most tend to sell for 30-100 TBT depending on the popularity of the villager and originality status. Hope that helped and sorry for the off topic-ness!

Yeah. I hate to be the one of bad news, but someone might be willing to buy it for 20-50 depending.

And people will pay high amounts for villagers in bids and such. But I've never seen anyone buy a set for 200tbt.
That's a bit too pricy.
