I'll probably not be able to help you but define competitive. For a shiny you'll probably gonna need to give some leeway and sacrifice a few IV's

4 is are fine, competitive as in battle ready.

If you live anywhere but sweden you can go to the patch of flowers outside the breeding place in x/y. That way I can do the mesuda method or whatever
