So Coco moved into my town! She hasn't pinged yet, but I think she will soon. I've only introduced myself to her and never talked to her, so it should take around a week.

Buyout: REMOVED, because I feel it would be a little unfair if there was a buyout.
Her catchphrase and shirt are original as of now. i haven't checked her house, but she put one of her bonfires for sale. I bought it, and I'll give it to the highest bidder if they wish to give it to Coco in the future.

The auction ends when she pings, and then I TT her out (or not, if the winner is busy) for the highest bidder. We'll arrange a meeting time. ^^
