Is there any items in the game that are only available at the online Club Tortimer?

Or can they all be found on your own island?

If not, does anyone have a list of the exclusive ones from the online Club Tortimer?

I went to a couple dozen islands last night looking for the hibiscus hairpin. I only ran into one person who tried to trap me there. I think in general everybody is good. Some people might just get unlucky.
