It has been days since I had the petition signed, and still my club is not built, and there is NO Dr. Shrunk to ask about progress, what is going on?

I heard it usually opens on one day, but some people say it's random.

I think it's random but everyone I know got it in 5-6 days.

Thank You, the guide says it will open the next day, so I was freaking out thinking I did something wrong.

It is random. For me, he came and told me to keep checking back, but whenever I did it was still gated off and nothing was there. Last night I tt'ed 4 days ahead (trying to get a villager to move out for somebody) and I finally got it. So it was about 5 days after for me.
