I got the signatures for Club LOL and it's still not showing up?? Is this a glitch or does it just take a long time? If it doesn't show up, can I go over to someone else's Club LOL and get the emotions, or is only in your own?

Yes, this. For me and many others it was five days, but I've heard some stories about it taking much longer. Don't know why, though.

I don't think you can get the jokes in other friend'a town because cutscenes aren't able to happen when gates are open/you have friends over. Plus you don't have the joke book.
