@ mayordan; Yes, he will be, once he asks to move! :'D Most of the villagers listed under the "Current Villagers" section will eventually be available for adoption. When they are available, their information will be moved up to the "Villager in Boxes" area, and their name will appear in thread title. If you'd like, I can notify you when Eugene asks to move out! I can't guarantee that he'll go to you, but I can send a message letting you know when he's in boxes.

Also, cycling is basically time-traveling in order to get villagers to move in and out quickly in hopes of obtaining dream villagers for yourself and/or others! ;; I hope that helps!
