These items have to go, for a reasonable price of course. 
Anyways since my last thread, I've gotten new items so take a look! I would prefer if you can pick-up items; I find it easier for me, unless you really want me to go there.

Ok so there are 5 rules you have to follow before purchasing. Not very many.
1. Reserving is possible, but I will only hold for a day, unless told otherwise.
2. If you will buy something, you must respond. I've had too many people not respond whenever the wanted to buy something, and I don't have time to wait, because there could be other people who want that item but I can't give it to them because I'm stuck waiting on you.
3. When/if you come to my town, no getting rid of the pathways, no running away from the train station and no stealing flowers.
4. There is a grassy area where I will put down the purchased items, so that should be the only place you are in while trading. There shouldn't be a reason to go anywhere else, even the bank (since we are doing TBT).
5. Say your Dreamie/favorite villager's name if you have read these rules! If you don't I will simply tell you to read the rules, before we can go any further, that's all.
Oh and one more thing...
