If you have 9 or less villagers, you can persuade someone elses moving villager to move to yours.

Coco and Agent S are the only 2 villagers I care about getting about now (Kid Cat makes me want to have her lol). I'm willing to give EVERYTHING for Coco, but I guess I can go high for Agent S, too

Ahh, well, I guess I can TT for her >_> I'd have to time travel to Kid Cat's birthday (August 1) to kick out my 10th villager. Lol I can make it Kid Cat's present xD I'd be messing up my perfect town streak, though :/
