Are you looking for these diys? Or just the items? The frozen diys cannot be obtained through normal means so that actually means theyre untradable :/ u have to learn them thru snowboys

They cannot be obtained as diys through normal means those are likely hacked diys or obtained through abnormal means.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that what Babo probably meant is that there are two types of frozen diys. Some (the wallpapers, floors) can be obtained through the normal ways (balloons, villagers, bottles) which means duplicates are possible. The other type of diy (the frozen counter, treat set) can only be obtained through creating “perfect” snow boys and are sent straight to your NookPhone (so there’s no physical diy card).

Babo probably meant is that there are two types of frozen diys

you're both probably mixing up winter seasonal with frozen, tbh

everything specifically called as 'frozen' in the diy's name is snowboy only. in addition to the ice wall+floor and snowperson items

all the other semi-related diys, like the snowflake items (sans illuminated snowflakes, but that'll overlap with winter anyways, if your town is in the northern hemisphere), ski-slope wall/floor, and iceberg wall/floor are all winter seasonal balloons though

though looking at your list, to make things easier, I can confirm all of the following aren't ever obtainable as cards through legitimate means:
frozen counter
frozen-treat set
ice flooring
ice wall
snowperson head

any diy cards for these items would be 100% hacked

everything else is good though

and to that end, good luck with the last stretch of your search

err, wait, small correction too: the ice wand also falls under the diys without cards except through hacking (it's also a perfect snowboy diy)

my brain probably accidentally skipped over this one at first, because I was just thinking wand=celeste, even though this is one of the few rare wands where that isn't the case

Btw the snowflake wreath is also only obtained through isabelle giving it to you. Let me know which zodiac diy u would like!
