In that case.... I guess I will re-post, my responses in bold this time, so its more clear and in the fore front, rather than making you search through pages of orders!
1. Background is very busy.. meaning a lot of colors and people. So the text will be hard to read for people, unless you wanted it as a "name siganture". I can actually add the text ABOVE the people in the image, if that is what you meant~
Well, what I was THINKING, was that you split the image in half, like a postcard - the LEFT side, with Cyrus and Reese will be left alone. No words on it. Just the image. Then on the RIGHT side, you're right, it IS very busy. That's why I suggested you flush out the colour. Like White wash out. I know there is a filter in photoshop that can make a faded effect, with any colour, not just white, but it would make the words appear clearer..... Does that make sense?
2. You want text on top of the background correct? On top of the right side of the image, yes.
3. I can do the rotating text that I have up in my shop, but you would have to give me another background for that "hopefully" a plan background or just tell me a color; I can make it look similar to mine, but you need to tell me colors, font. (Another signature request)
In that case, a light blue banner background to match the sky of the image below it, and for font, Dream Orphans.

In that case, what I was referring to was ANIMATED. When you said "Movement" I thought you might be referring to how your BUMP signatures sometimes go: B-U-M-P-BUMP. THAT kind of movement - with individual letters. I wasn't looking for that. I was looking for my BACKGROUND to move. With an ANIMATED background of your choice, much like the Name Signatures. HOWEVER. With your honest input, would an animated text make it too elaborate and "busy" so-to-speak? Would it be better with a regular text? Or a text with a transitioned colour background like you have done with other signatures where one colour transitions into another (I am assuming through a background of some sort, rather than a font, but I could be wrong...). I am REALLY ignorant when it comes to these sorts of things, so I apologize for that....

Okay I kind of understand, but I do not filter images or make them brighter.light etc. I am given the material and I put them together, I don't alter anything. So if you wanted it to be a different shading.. you would have to do that and bring it to me. Also you wanted text on the TOP RIGHT.. you sure not centered? Also just so we are the the same page.. we are talking about TEXT ON THE NON ANIMATED BANNER and 2nd of flipping text animation. BUT WE ARE ALSO talking about the animated name sigantures and what is that referring to exactly? You requested 2 so far, so is the 3rd one the 3rd? or implied to the first?
Also when you say movement "BACKGROUND TO MOVE" that is only if you give me an animated gif background. If you mean TEXT to move then you would describe "up and down, fade in and out, spell out" etc. So when you say make my background move.. I am confused because you gave me a non moving gif image? Hmm LOl
