Okay so I have a few questions to ask you before I begin your request.

1. Which two-edged border did you want? Please look through my shop and refer or describe the border.
2. I am not sure what you mean by blinking effect on icons? Which did you want to blink? I have a form in my shop which I believe will guide you through, but since you did not use that.. I am not sure? Did you want to give me an image (icon) to include which can blink like the stars in my shop example?
3. Without touching the 3 clouds? i am not sure if that is possible unless i make the font super small to fit within the clouds? I can do that? But i prefer making it big so people can read your town XD
4. I cannot make it larger.. only WIDER due to the fact that the limit on this forums signature is 250x750 If i add a border it shrinks it even more by 50 height. Also the fact that you include the villagers name underneath everything will looked squished and cramped. I would advise no names under the villager if so.

Okay great. Having the border will only make the image slightly smaller, but overall the outcome is beautiful if you see other examples in my shop. That is up to you. So lastly would you like the 2 edged border? If so which kind?

also I cannot draw for life LOL But there is a "peach sprite" Did you want me to put them next to the obtained dreamies and make them blink the same time as your TOWN NAME "aka not ur mayor name though and fc" since you said only TOWN NAME.

BTW ... did you obtain all your dreamies? if so I can just put a peach next to all of them saying you obtained them. leaving out the town fruit since people will refer to you having peach in your town.

I chose the Slower Place and like it better because it matches the pace of the ocean moving! The fast blinking one might bother people's eyes when looking at it but the slow place blinking one is just right!!! Awww, I knew that font would go well and I would be pleased!!!
