I was quarter way through dropping 20 mil bells in your town, when you changed your mind about selling to me, so you do want to sell after all but 20 mil wasn't enough??
That's not fair. If you already promised a deal with someone and suddenly back out when they are dropping the bells because you see more higher offers, that's really an unfair thing to do.

you were 1/4 way through dropping the money, then someone's internet was corrupted and an error came up.. i really needed to go somewhere and i didn't have time to transfer bells anymore.. i told you that, and asked for a refund of my tbt bells..
now i would of asked to sell to you again..but..um..no thanks anymore..
next time don't change the whole story.
