Do you have some sort of goal in mind of how you much you're looking to get? Are you trying to buy something you just can't afford? If it's simply just what you're saying then if everyone made a thread like you then this place would be spammed to the high heavens. It's really easy to make bells in this game just buy some turnips or go catch beetles/fish sharks at night at the island

Some people might be harsh on you for this thread =D but you can start some service like pulling weeds, doing landscape for them, selling any miscellaneous (orderable or not) or anything =D I not being harsh here to tell you but yea, someone might be so I might as well tell you this early~

I know that feeling, I remember getting a response on a thread first starting out on TBT and I actually cried because I was so embarrassed and vowed to quit. Nobody will remember, especially if you be yourself on TBT and get to know people better. 
Also, people just like to know where their donations are going, too. ^^ Is all, a lot of people rather help a new player to AC:NL than someone who just wants handouts or freebies to resell, etc. I think that is what they first replier was trying to get at. I think there may be a better sub-forum to post this in though, but I'm not quite sure. Some other users may have better suggestions of the top of their head. I mainly just float in re-tail and TBT marketplace so yea... ; u ;

When I first started, I made a "LOOKING FOR COCO" thread in the villagertrading plaza, I didn't know those threads weren't allowed, someone commented that it wasn't allowed in a really nice way, But I still got super embarrassed Dx

What I did is I am looking for Barold and I did the same as you xD LOOKING FOR >>> and nobody cares to reply~ luckily someone nice vm me about Barold giving away and I actually get so excited I am spamming the thread!! xDDD oh luckily nothing bad happen just I felt a little bad...but worst is I mistaken Bamboo grass and Bamboo and offer to give the person bamboo "grass" for free!! xD
Sorry not trying to be rude here just being honest. I don't think it's really right to ask for donations just because you can but that's just how I feel. You can make like 400k bells in 30 mins with just one trip to the island, it's really that simple. Why not play the game normally and get bells that way?
If it's something like you got scammed or lost save data then I would be more than happy to help you out. That's not what it sounds like tho. Also i'm in a grumpy mood tonight and idk why so sry if i'm coming off that way.
