I think it's because TBT bells are being exchanged? Though it's strange that others have sold villagers with TBT bells but they weren't moved here.

Camper reset takes forever. Lucky for me, my sister is obsessed with pokemon right now so i'm using her game to reset for dreamies. Way easier. I can usually get the villager i want and moving within a day or two. I usually pop in a movie while im reseting, makes time go by faster.

It was super addictive when I used to campsite reset. It was like winning the lottery when I found someone I liked. You just have to find a day with a high camper rate.
