yes, I have but I don't think my adding of your FC went through on your DS. You have to close your gates, go back to your friends list, and see that I've added you.

Only then will I be able to go to your town bc I would have been confirmed as your added friend on your DS.

I've had it happen to me honestly.

I do RV scans and the game doesn't allow people into my town until both myself and whoever would like to visit both have added each other and went to confirm the add on the friends screen.

It's annoying. xD

Also, I've checked and it seems I've added your FC right.
