I think it's pretty fair of the OP to auction of this item at whatever price it goes for since it is not re-orderable and is a special event item. If it was a catalogue item or tools or something like that it would make more sense for the OP to state a fair price and perhaps try and get it out to more people, but with this kind of rare item these high bids are expected.

Basically, the high bids are because you can't have multiples of this item.
