I'm not 100% if I have the small crown, but if I can find it in my storage you can have it for free as if it is there then it's just clutter.

I have the very last expansion on three different rooms, and I have to finish expanding my basement! It's not too hard for me to earn bells, I have bell boom so i get about 500,000 for every island visit, I just haven't had the time ^^
