Oh wow, such a detailed order form....I LOVE IT!! x3 These are the orders I enjoy doing the most.
~ I can totally do it the way you want. I can put the dreamies on the dark land, and I can probably place the "have dreamie: (star icon)" a bit below them or above where it says "Native Fruit".
~As for the "Residents" do you want the sprites for them, or leave it the way the mock-up shows with words?
~TBT can be exchanged by click the "Currency" button up above, then click the "bells", and "change" input my name. Then the amount and then submit :3

It's a very challenging order and I would like to give it a try. It would probably be finished late tonight or sometime tomorrow, depending on if anything comes up in RL.
The only thing I'm worried about is the animations that will be included, but I won't know until I try it.

For the residents/mayor, have the text for them in the signature.
As for making sprites, I would love some but it may be tough or problematic... let me give some details.
The residents wear Mii Masks to represent their character better. I can post the QR codes for them so you'll know how their face looks like. I don't have them made in game yet so getting a shot of them in game would take an hour or two to get them set up with the right clothing (orange shirt, blue jeans on Ataru... easy; white dress shirt with white pants on Mendou... easy but possibly custom design; and black monk clothing with large necklace on Cherry... the tough and custom one).
Really, I could just give you reference images from the anime for them if you are willing to make the sprites, though I'll try to get in game shots of them.
Lum's appearance is complete and I can give you screenshots + QR code for her custom outfit.
For how they're positioned, it would be AWESOME if you could make the sprite as Lum flying and carrying Ataru in the clouded space next to the moon.
Since this is such an unorthodox request, how does 50 TBT + 1 Million Bells, on top of the 150 TBT for the sig, for the four sprites?
