~ UPDATED RULES!
The 30 minute rule has been removed, from now on: there's NO limit on posting anymore! This means alot more posts and alot more prizes! If you've won a prize, you cannot claim more prizes that day. But, you can still keep on posting so the 25th mark will be hit faster and you'll make alot more people happy with prizes!
My posts do still not count towards the 25th mark and though these updated rules, still avoid post-merging. This will still disqualify you from the current prize.
