Do you by any chance have a shop or know someone who also does mayors and villagers? Sorry if I'm being annoying, your art is so good!

It is completely fine. I do RLC, but I'm not here that often ^^;;; Something like the 10 villagers + mayor is about $60.

Question. I don't have the card, but if I do come across it, or for the sake of others, if we were to show you the envelope of it to be shipped and then the receipt and tracking number (if tracking was purchased) would you start the drawing then? Or would you still wait til you get it.

Well, I had seen that before, I was just asking in case if we did take the extra effort to show and prove to you it was sent if it'd make a difference. Wasn't sure if the reason you'd want to wait was to make sure they didn't lie about sending it just to get the art.

Well, it isn't just the person sending it, but also the post office. I've lost mail at the post office before :/

Oh, I getcha. As a person that sends mail very often for my work, they have lost a few things I've shipped > .<
That's why I always get tracking now (comes with up to $50 insurance) but that depends how much someone is willing to pay for shipping o -o
But that does make more sense now, sorry for the confusion xD
