So, when I tried this earlier at first I saw bright shades of green, which eventually manifested itself into like, vines almost. Its hard to describe what I saw, but I saw it and it was incredible.

Look up closed eye visuals on google, you take your index fingers and curl them to your thumbs, then use your index fingers to apply light pressure to your closed eye. Wait about 2 minutes in a dark room and it'll work.

Oh, I love these weird music to sleep. I don't listen to them anymore, I listen to other relaxing music I have on my phone, I've made a playlist to sleep. As I'm listening to it, while I'm slowly falling asleep, I do get to see colors and weird shapes. It's almost like I'm starting to dream even though I'm still awake. It might seem weird but it's actually quite impressive and it really makes me fall asleep quickly.
