(closed) buying a second copy of acnl worth it? (thoughts?)

so i have one 3ds.. i'm thinking of buying a second acnl game to play more recklessly w/ and also help people get their dreamies more quicker while also getting some igb for myself.
however. i won't be able to send the bells to my main town w/ just one 3ds.............

i don't know if i should still get a second copy of the game then? if ppl would be willing to drop off payment in my main town and allow me to switch cartridge to take them to the second town so they can take the villager.

or if i should do these procedures accordingly and use my bfs 3ds whenever i see him and transfer money then

basically im asking should i get a second copy?

I don't know how accepting people will be of having to wait longer for trades and stuff with two towns, people here already seem really hasty about things and want them done ASAP. But if someone really wants a villager I guess they might not mind.

I bought myself a second copy of the game because I lost my original copy and I didn't have as much fun as I did the first time. But I was trying to just start all over, I actually cared about my town and wanted it to be perfect. It would probably be different for you if you're just going to be reckless and giveaway villagers. It doesn't sound like a bad plan.

If you can get people to drop money off in your main town then switch over to your new one, it would be pretty simple for you. But if not, and you have someone else's DS to borrow to transfer money, it seems like a fine idea to me

thanks a lot! my main town im more protective over haha. i have a friend willing to come to second town and collect the money and drop it off to my main town so the people can be as hasty as they'd want then haha. thanks for the input! <3

I have three games and two 3DS XL's, I'm slowly working on my second town and enjoying it and I use my cycle town a lot. You could ask people on the forum to help you transfer bells and you could use your boyfriends 3DS, ultimately it's up to you do you really want another town?

Trades might take longer to do, but if you could find someone trustworthy to help you transfer the bells to your main town, why not? You could also get a used copy of ACNL to save money! haha c:

yes, that's what i'm going to do. it'll also be helpful whenever / if ever i want to restart my main town. a second town should be fun and a good back up in case you're low on funds and such. thank you!
