Clearing my DS SD card?

So, I make a lot of QR designs, and right now I have over 700 pictures on my SD card. Can I safely clear them out like I would a normal SD card without losing any information for my DS or anything? I don't have any important downloads from the E Shop, and my game is a physical copy.

Yes, just don't touch anything besides the DCIM folder.
