Do you have an auto-IP connection or did you set it up manually?

It's automatic, but sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

I followed the Nintendo tech support steps for the error code and set up my connection manually so the problem might be on your side, I get the dreaded 018-0511 error when I select your town on the list.
