I'll be cycling until the 25th of this month or until I say otherwise. Please note I am quick cycling. So lemme get started on the rules. Town is called Cirque, Mayor is YukiOnna

1. No Reservations. (Sorry but since the end date is so close I can't be sitting around waiting for you to get online)
2. Lurking is encouraged.
3. Some villagers may be auctioned, sold, or traded. Depends on how generous I'm feeling
4. First come, first served. I'll try and contact lurkers if I remember. No promises.
5. If I happen to give away a tier 1 or tier 2 it'll be by raffle.
6. Tier 4 and 5 will be autovoided unless you politely ask them to be taken off.
