Its gona be a bit difficult at first if its ur first time, but dont worry if u cant find a certain tool i mention or something in the tutorial, search the question on google, u almost always find help finding things.

how hard can it b a first?
Well its not hard really, its just finding the menus and all that.

Any new program that u pick up takes some time to get used to, so dont give up, experiment with it a bit.

First attempt.

I made the text huge to compensate for a lot of open space.
I skipped some steps because I couldn't figure out how to do them in GIMP.

Now that I think about it, I should have blurred everything towards the upper left to give it more of a motion blur effect.
Thanks for the tut, without it this sig would contain approximately 17x more suck. :P

Just to prove to gimp users that its possible to get the same effects i just added some flames from the human torch to ur gimp sig pear

I didn't follow this step by step because I have GIMP, but it really gave me a lot of techniques. Thanks a ton Chubbster! *Kneels*
