The best thing about Christmas?: Honestly I don't celebrate Christmas anymore but my fondest memories were when I was a child and my mother was still around. This is going to turn into a sob story but I remember Christmas being the one time of the year my parents would set aside their differences and quit the arguing. My mother would make delicious food and she and my father would get along, even if it was only for a day. I remember opening her gift which happened to be a jewelry box and feeling like such an adult even if i was only 9.
