I know there is a reset trick for the first 9 new villagers, but does this still work for villagers moving in from other towns? Pekoe (thanks ChaosKitten <3) is moving in and I want to make sure she doesn't place her house in front of a bridge or the town gate x). How do I make sure?

Oh it does? So if I am getting a new villager tomorrow from another town and don't like where they are moving I can just keep resetting until I do?
As long as you do it with a new character, it should be fine

Houses can destroy anything except public work projects and other houses so it's best to build projects where you don't want people to move in. :B
