Hello. I am currently only able to decide on 8 dreamies. lol I am having a hard time deciding on the last two due to so many villagers I like.

Has anyone else had this problem? Just curious.

Yes. I just check VTP everyday and whichever villager shows up first is the one I roll with.

Well, dreamies don't have to be permanent. I've had dreamies that I got and then didn't like them much later. Try out some of the ones that you like.

Oh, definitely. I ended up with more than one town for this exact reason - there were too many villagers that I liked and not enough space to move them all into one town. Villager synergy is also something that's important to me, so I try to fill my towns with villagers who I believe "fit" well together and who I also really like. If you're considering more than one villager, try to picture them next to your other villagers and see if one seems to fit but a bit better. That's always helped me when I've been torn between two (or more) equally awesome villagers. :)

Ahah, I had the same problem so now I have two towns to accommodate all of my dreamies >:3 Along with a cycle town to obtain them all ._.

I realize that's not an option for everyone though. Back when I only had my original town I just took whichever dreamies showed up first. I'm too shy to use the villager trading plaza (pitiful, I know), so I always had to just hope for random move-ins or campers.

I would only have 8 Dreamies, it makes life a little easier but I would go with ones you've had past memories of good times with (like me and gaston)

I'd suggest maybe sticking with 8 and letting the other 2 come in naturally. I often find that I end up liking villagers I've never had any experience with before.

I had 2 sets of dreamies and I kind of mixed them both

Which is why I have 3 octopuses & 7 rabbits instead of 10 rabbits or an assortment of my favorite non-rabbit villagers

Bluebear, Aurora, Buck (all currently in my town), Freya, Beau, Erik, Phoebe and Keaton.
The only personality you are missing is cranky then. I have the same problem where I like way too many villagers (about 3 towns worth) but ultimately I picked the ones that made me the happiest and some of them are really popular, some aren't. For now I would take other people's advice and maybe leave the last two slots open and try out some different villagers. You may find that some you thought you might like you actually don't in game. Visit some dream towns with the ones you're debating and talk to them. I find that helps me. That and getting a cycling town, but you don't have to do that.

Personally I like a lot of villagers but none of the ones that I don't have in my town already are dreamie worthy. I finally decided to go with Marina one day and I absolutely love her already. The 10 I have are irreplaceable now but I could never find another true dreamie. Just go with what you'd like.

tbh, some of my dreamies are villagers i never thought of having, and then when i did, i loved them! can't rly knock anything until you try it :>

Also some are some I met while visiting a dream town and just kinda loved ;w;

I had a similar problem. I love the ten villagers I've picked, but at the same time, I wonder if the town will ever get stale. Perhaps it would be better to stick with eight and have two that come and go so you'll have variety? I'll have two crankies and two lazies in the end. Problem with keeping eight is I couldn't choose who to let go. Too bad we can't just re-invite old villagers by calling them up, like re-challenging trainers in some of the older Pokemon games.

Yeah. I had Wolfgang on the list, but idk.

And how does one have a cycling town?

Why do you need to choose 10 villagers you want? Everyone plays the game differently and some people have no "dreamies" at all and just roll with whatever they get. Personally, I have very few villagers I really want (and I got the ones I wanted most already). With the rest, I'm just going with whatever I feel like.

If you can only decide on 8, don't worry about it. Just let the other 2 move out from time to time until those spots are filled with villagers you end up liking.

I have a lot of villagers that I like, so I bought a second game, so I could make a new town with different villagers c:

I have like- one 'dreamie'. I think picking out all ten villagers would be a hassle, and I'm happy with what I've got.

Go with whatever, man. You could just have random villagers fill in those spots until you DO find two more you have to have. Or look through all their pictures or something.
