This is the last thing I'm saying about the matter (as I don't want to get into an argument):
Once again, it's still first come, first serve; Lurking doesn't mean the villager is reserved for that person. The first person who posted for Fauna did so almost 5 minutes before everyone else, and the other person who posted before you as well accepted that.
In fact, when I first started this thread and was new to cycling, I didn't VM lurkers (and I believe some of them managed to get their villager without a problem). I didn't even plan to, but decided on it recently to be nice and give lurkers a better chance of being the first to post.
If you think it was unfair I didn't VM you because you were in invisible mode, I apologize. However, keep this in mind: lurking (with lurkers being VMed) changes the playing field of fairness. Lurking or not, even though I failed to VM you, you had the same fair chance as everyone else who wanted Fauna and was online.
