Okay, so this is my first actual thread here, and my first cycling town. It'll probably start out slow as I learn the ropes of having a cycling town. Rules are subject to change as I learn more about it...
...And in time, perhaps I'll make this opening post look a little nicer.

General Rules/Info (Final Version):
-During the FC exchange, please add the FC listed above rather than the one under my avatar! If you add the wrong one, or I wind up waiting over 10 minutes for you to add it, the trade is off.
-NO LURKERS (see note below for the reason to this change)
-Once posted that a villager is in boxes, they will be voided in 30 minutes.
-I will not respond to claims via VM/PM; villagers must be claimed in the thread.
-No reservations.
-Any posted villager will be FREE, and 100% original (unless they were someone's voided villager, or adopt the fashion sense of another villager in town).
--However, if you plan on turning around and auctioning them off or selling them, you'll be banned from adopting from here again.
-Please be online and have a spot in town before claiming a boxed villager.
-Before you post to claim a villager, please include the name of a dessert in your post so I know that you've read my rules (as some people obviously aren't reading them).
Standard village rules apply. Please do not:
-Wander off; I will guide you to the villager's house. When you're done, please tell me and I'll end the session.
-Pick up any items from the ground. If you do, I'll flip the wifi switch.
-Pull up weeds or flowers, shake trees, or hit rocks
Important Note:
This cycling thread is closing.
The reason I've decided to close the cycling thread is because it's become more of an aggravation than anything else. I started it because I had a spare cartridge, and figured that, while I cycled for my own dreamies, I'd help other people get theirs (especially since many people were nice enough to answer my noobish questions when I first joined the forums, and I wanted to give back).
However, though there are people who do read my rules and follow them, I've had to revise the rules and even bold statements (particularly on the lurking part) and quote some posters my rules because people weren't following them (and thus, obviously weren't reading them).
I'm tired of people not reading my rules, and I have enough to deal with IRL; to then come here and start cycling only to get frustrated over people who don't follow my rules (and there's at least one person daily, now) isn't something I want to deal with.
If I change my mind down the road, I'll re-open the cycling (I'd make a new thread, I suppose, or just open this one up again; I haven't decided). However, for now, Biscotti will be closed down as a cycling town.
