Not too keen on Chief so when I saw that I had him as a starter, I wasn't too stoked. Well, he finally pinged to go; I believe he said 21st, but I'll check again and I'll of course TT if needed. I usually don't sell/auction villagers, but I need bells for my new town and it would be a great help. 
Not sure how much Chief goes for anymore, but I see he's a tier one still.
